Ukrainian authors will be represented at BERLINER LISTE
during the Berlin Art Week 2017
Along with the Berlin Art Week, BERLINER LISTE will take place in the unique Postbahnhof Berlin from September 15th to 17th, 2017. For the 14th time, the oldest and most modern art fair in the capital will present a broad spectrum of emerging contemporary art.
This year, 85 galleries from 37 countries will take part in BERLINER LISTE on the exhibition area of 4,000 square meters.
From large-scale pieces to miniature editions in pocket-size format, the visitors will enjoy an abundance of classical painting, drawing, sculpture, graphic prints, mixed-media pieces, installations, kinetic objects, light art, video art, and performance. The exhibition extends its focus into the fields of photography and urban art, disciplines brimming with innovative works today represented in many renowned galleries around the world.
The rich variety of this fall program is made possible by the joint collaboration of institutions, galleries, artist, collectors, and project spaces and draws international attention. In 2017, visitors can expect large-scale exhibitions of established artists and countless emerging artists from various genres.
While the Berlin Art Week 2017, there will also be featured Ukrainian authors Olesya Dvorak-Galik and Tanya Vasilenko.
The artists will present innovative contemporary ceramics and painting at the stand of the BERLINER LISTE pavilion.
Creativity of Tanya Vasilenko is known for active creative experiments. Tanya is distinguished by fresh and bold color solutions with special innovations of her own artistic technique.
The stylistics of Tanya Vasilenko's paintings today are abstract art and conceptual series with figurative; a distinctive textural component is characteristic for Tanya Vasilenko's artworks.
The artist-ceramist Olesya Dvorak-Galik works in the style of "contemp-ceramics". Can you imagine a surrealistic ceramics of ultra-modern shape?! Olesya Dvorak-Galik creates something similar, in an unexpected combination with such materials as stone, metals and so on. Olesya's experimental creativity can also be called "conceptual ceramics".
